Withdrawal Notice of TeckComm GmbH operating under the brand HORISIM

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, provided that the use of the digital content (eSIM) has not yet begun.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day the contract is concluded.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online under “Withdraw Contract.” If you use this online feature, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of the withdrawal notice and the date of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if you have expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that by commencing performance of the contract you lose your right of withdrawal, and performance has begun, particularly through activation of the eSIM, i.e., by connecting to a foreign mobile network (roaming).
